( shortage of taxies so took city bus that was packed and then had to walk 4-5 blocks from bus stop in the rain. Once we finally got to the Segway shop they were pleasant and professional. We had never used segways so we had a short lesson and were on our way! Fun tour. It would have been better if we had known street address ahead of time and also the problem w shortage of taxis to get to…”

Only recommendation I'd make is for the tour guide to get a bigger sign for meeting us at the cruise port. She only had "Vexperio" on her cell phone she was holding up and we would have appreciated an easier/more visible sign to meet her. We eventually found her by asking other travellers who appeared to be gathering for a tour.”
