“My family ( husband and 3 sons age 12,15,18) took this excursion. Our cruise ship did not dock near the shop so it took us an hour to get there. ( shortage of taxies so took city bus that was packed and then had to walk 4-5 blocks from bus stop in the rain. Once we finally got to the Segway shop they were pleasant and professional. We had never used segways so we had a short lesson and were on our way! Fun tour. It would have been better if we had known street address ahead of time and also the problem w shortage of taxis to get to…”

“We enjoyed this tour. We saw a lot of Copenhagen highlights and the tour guide and bus driver were very accommodating and we enjoyed learning about the city and the history. Only recommendation I'd make is for the tour guide to get a bigger sign for meeting us at the cruise port. She only had "Vexperio" on her cell phone she was holding up and we would have appreciated an easier/more visible sign to meet her. We eventually found her by asking other travellers who appeared to be gathering for a tour.”
